Feeling myself because of my new bangs.. so I took 30 more minutes to get ready!
My husband and I have been going to the gym every single day for 6 weeks now and we are loving the progress. Aside from the great process of changing our lifestyle, we have made our food choices better. Healthier and lesser food to help us keep our bodies ready for the big change. We feel great every day and we plan to be consistent in this new chapter of our life.
Our lifestyle was not the only thing we had to change but as well as our daily routines. We live in our workout clothes now and as much as it is comfortable, it’s also very routinary. That’s why on days that I can dress up and be myself I make sure I exert an effort. I may not have luxurious clothes nor the best accessories, but I do what I can to feel good about myself.
This cute little skater dress was bought online years ago but still fits me well. I love skater dresses because of how flowy and light I feel while wearing them. Black and white are colors that can match absolutely anything, which is why I always make sure I have a lot of these in my closet.

I decided to curl my hair that day because I was feeling my new bangs! The last time I had side bangs was during College and it took forever for me to grow them out since my hair grows extremely slow.
Instantly, I felt happy and refreshed after spending a couple of minutes more in the bathroom preparing for the day. And if you would ask me what I did that day, you would probably laugh. I woke up, dressed up, looked good and felt my best when I took my kid to school and picked him up after his class. Yup, you don’t need to have a special day to feel and look good. Whatever makes you happy should be enough to keep you going.
