When people ask me why I blog, I always answer that I want to document our family’s memories. I want to remember every single moment because I know that it will not last forever.
Aside from that, my blog focuses on Fitness, Lifestyle and Self improvement 💪🏻 I am constantly trying my best to be better in everything that I do, and I want to inspire every mom out there to do the same through my social media pages 🌼🌼
Reasons why Fitness is important to a mom:
🌼 we need to stay healthy for our family—- when Momma is sick everything falls apart! So we need to maintain ourselves by being healthy!
🌼 we need to be strong for our kids—- do you ever feel that you are 10 years older than you really are? Keeping our muscles strong helps reduce body pains, back pains and helps us carry our little ones better!
🌼 we need to be comfortable in our own skin—- one of the causes of Postpartum depression is because moms have a hard time getting back into shape. We can’t fit in our old clothes, and we are simply not happy anymore. Instead of sulking and complaining that being a mom did this to our bodies, we need to change our lifestyle and be motivated to workout💪🏻
