A brand that we are familiar with has opened its door to serve Davaoeños better!

The store Healthy Options has been with us for two decades with the experience in the premium all-natural food and health products industry. Healthy Options is everyone’s go- to store when looking into safer and healthier products to use. I’ve started to love this store even before I became a parent. I had always been conscious about my health and how the products I use can affect the environment thus my monthly visits to Healthy Options to stock up on my supply.

On September 5, 2019, Healthy Options Ayala Malls Abreeza in Davao City opened their bigger and brighter store which is located at Level 1. In this same mall was the Healthy Options which was only 100 sqm in size, but now they have expanded to over 300 sqm!

I was able to be the first ones to at Healthy Options Abreeza with their new and improved store and I was impressed. Not only was the shop spacious, but they filled it up with new items for everyone. There were familiar brands but what we were most excited about was the unfamiliar and new items in their shop.

With my busy schedule, it is hard to keep my health in track. Even though I workout and take care of my fitness almost everyday, the food we take in is as important as our exercises. Over the past year, my husband and I have committed to a healthier lifestyle. We workout and keep ourselves active by going to the gym at least 3 times a week, and we cut out a lot of junk from our diet. We don’t drink as much alcohol anymore, and we buy our food in the local market to be sure of our produce’s freshness. That’s why our monthly visits to Healthy Options Abreeza has been a great help to our lifestyle change. We don’t deprive ourselves from yummy and delicious snacks for as long as they are either organic or made with less salt.

Choosing your lifestyle path can be hard considering that there are more accessible ways to purchase ingredients from the local supermarkets. But Healthy Options Abreeza has made it easier for consumers to shop easier and faster with their bigger and brighter store.

As a mom, I try my best to let my kids have healthy snacks. They love eating junk food, fast food, and sweets but with the help of Healthy Options Abreeza we were able to eliminate a couple of our kid’s favorite snacks by replacing them with better alternatives. We were able to find organic and vegan nuggets to replace their favorite Chicken Nuggets, low fat cheese, unsalted chips, and vegan biscuits! These are absolute life savers for parents like us!
