Here we go again, another pregnancy journey on my way! This is my third time being pregnant yet I can never compare my pregnancies to one another. Every child gives a different vibe, a different symptom, and a different mood. And so far, this has been the toughest one!
Breakfast
I try to have water right before every meal, 2 cups of water to wake me up and keep my tummy ready for my breakfast. I take my coffee with sugar and milk, and I prefer my morning coffee to be warm. My first meal is usually fruit. Something with low sugar like Papaya, Bananas, or Avocado.
Lunch
For lunch we are usually out doing errands and we might have to take a late lunch. This day we did late lunch in a restaurant. I had soup and a pasta with chorizo. Usually my lunch is very light, I would have pasta or some fish for a full meal.
Merienda
Around 4 pm, I would feel hungry so I would make myself a small snack. Usually, the kids would have a small snack at this time too so I would make a snack for both of us. This day I made watermelon shakes for me and my husband. Most days, I would make a small sandwich with my shake.
Dinner
Dinner is usually heavier than my other meals. I’ve been a pescatarian for a couple of months now, but ever since I got pregnant I needed to take more iron in my diet. I love salmon the most so I eat this almost every week with broccoli or any kind of vegetable.
