Hello, mumshies! It’s me again, your millennial mother on social media.
Diapers are essential for our child’s growth more than we think. It’s not just about catching the pee and poop of our little ones but it can also improve their motion once they start to walk. As moms, we value the quality of products that we have our babies’ use every day. Pampers has been trusted by parents worldwide for 50 years for the best care of their babies. Pampers is a part of The Proctor & Gamble Company and is the #1- selling diaper worldwide. In 100 countries there are 25 million babies who use Pampers for their comfort. Through years Pampers have been innovating and producing better diapers for all babies to enjoy the best comfort.
Pampers recently announced their brand new product which is the Pampers Baby Dry with Magic Gel Channels. I’ve been using Pampers Baby Dry for a while now but I didn’t realize that they have changed something very important to their product, which is adding magic gel channels for better flow of the diaper. I’ve noticed lately that my son’s diaper doesn’t get full right away unlike the usual but I didn’t think so much of it and now I understand the reason why, with the magic gel channels, the pee of the baby evenly distributes from one part of the diaper to 3 divisions. This allows the pee to flow properly and avoid congestion in one spot which prevents it from having the law- law effect which most diapers have. I have been cautious whenever my son’s diaper sag not only does it look bad, it also causes him rashes and discomfort. This is why I normally change his diaper 3-4 hours a day but with the new Pampers Baby Dry with Magic gel channels, his diaper lasts for up to 6 hours or more without the worry of having too much pee in one portion of the diaper. This has saved me a few pesos from our usual grocery trips!
During the event, they explained to us something that none of the moms have been educated about. Did you know that diapers can cause walking delays for babies? Yes, I know it’s crazy but studies show that having a big and thick diaper in between the baby’s legs can cause a delay for the walking development because it will allow them to walk crooked. Most moms during the event have not given much thought to this fact but I realized that maybe this is why both of my kids started walking in different time. My first born walked as soon as he was 11 months while my 2nd born walked only after his 12th month. I used Pampers for my first born up until he was potty- trained but used a different brand for my 2nd because of how it fits him and only changed back to pampers when he started to walk. As soon as we changed him to Pampers, I noticed that he would move around more and walk straight than before.
They also demonstrated how the magic gel channels function and honestly, I was impressed. You can really see how the fluid moved from one part of the diaper through the 3 magic gel channels. As soon as we finished the demonstration, the fluid instantly became dry! This would lessen the chances of babies to have skin irritation because of their diapers.
After the full day of games and dancing, my husband and I were convinced that we made the right switch to Pampers baby dry with Magic Gel Channels for our little Travis. It is perfect for our active little baby and since it’s a pull-up diaper, changing time has been easier for Mommy and Daddy.
Thank you Pampers Philippines for inviting us and educating us about the importance of diaper quality for our baby!
